Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. 

Returns & Refunds (Quick Steps)

• Return window: 7 days from delivery; items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
• Create a return: Go to Orders → Order details → Create return (visible only if the item is eligible within 7 days).
• Refunds: After inspection, refunds are processed within 2 - 5 business days; prepaid orders go back to the original payment method, COD orders are refunded via Instapay.
• Return label: If approved, we’ll email a return label and instructions—print and attach it to your package.
• Shipping: Hand the package to the specified shipping partner or arrange pickup as instructed; unapproved returns aren’t accepted.
• Exchanges: Return the item first; once approved, place a new order for the replacement.
