Secrets & More operates as a private, invite-only store. This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are shipped after purchase.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within Egypt only.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped on public holidays.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed. Any free shipping offers, if applicable, will be clearly stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking or delivery confirmation via email or phone, depending on the courier.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you directly. Additional delivery fees may apply in such cases.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
